Spa and Pool Equipment Upgrades: Request Information on the Equipment Upgrades
Gerald,
We would like to express our satisfaction and delight over
our new landscaping, spool, fountains, and decking. It took us seven years to
decide what to do with our yard, and how to enhance our mountain and golf course
view.
We had a general idea of what we desired and had received
bids and ideas from six other companies before awarding the project to Vacation
Pools. We liked your overall design, the way you captured our ideas and also
the additional enhancements we hadn�t even thought about. We are specifically
talking about the absolutely gorgeous waterfall you designed flowing into the
spool and the additional rock fountain in a garden setting. We are very
pleased with the raised decking and the way it swirls around the spool and fire
pit.
One important function was to pick out the colors of the
pool tile, pavers for the decking, stone for the waterfall, fountain, fire pit
and spool coping and make it all blend and match with the mountains behind us.
We were dreading spending days in various rock quarries trying to put it all
together. To our surprise, when we met at your office to start our venture
to the quarries, you had already samples of everything for us to see. And we
were just �blown away� with the various stones and colors you had already
chosen. They were perfect! We even loved the idea of having the same
stone in the fire pit rather than lava rock.
Your crew was most professional and had expertise in all of
their various functions. We were sorry when the job was completed, as they
were a delight to work with. Having the spool maintained twice a week with
Vacation Pools also gives us the comfort that our spool will always look
perfect. Your staff is always ready to help when we need assistance and we
appreciate the great customer service we always receive.
